Team India Victoria Parade : Rohit Brigade’s meets PM Narendra Modi, Indian stars seen wearing special jersey with champions

New Delhi| The Indian team landed in Delhi from Barbados today morning after winning the T20 World Cup 2024 title. The team is staying at Hotel ITC Maurya. Thereafter, team left to meet Honorable Prime Minister PM Modi at 11 am.

Team India performed incredibly well in the T20 World Cup 2024. In the finals, India defeated South Africa by 7 runs and won the T20 World Cup title after 17 years. After becoming the champion, the team got stuck in Barbados due to the cyclone in Barbados. The Indian team, which reached Delhi after becoming champion, was welcomed with great enthusiasm at the airport this morning. Fans looked desperate to get a glimpse of Team India’s players and trophies.

After meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the team will leave for Mumbai where fans await to see the champions and the trophy. The champions will lead the victory parade in open top bus. The parade is scheduled to start at 5 PM IST from Nariman Point and from there on, there will be a parade of 1.5 km and will then reach Wankhede Stadium where the fans will be allowed to enter for free.
