Surprising revelations about Arvind Kejriwal in ED’s charge sheet
New Delhi| Big revelations have been made in the ED charge sheet regarding Arvind Kejriwal. There are a total of 38 accused in this charge sheet. In the charge sheet, Arvind Kejriwal is declared as accused number 37 and Aam Aadmi Party is accused at number 38. According to the charge sheet, Arvind Kejriwal is the kingpin and conspirator. According to mentioned statement in the chargesheet, Arvind kejriwal was aware of the use of bribe money for the Goa elections and was also involved in it. WhatsApp chat details of Arvind Kejriwal and accused Vinod Chauhan have been mentioned in the charge sheet.
It is alleged that K Kavita’s PA delivered Rs 25.5 crore via Vinod to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) during Goa elections. It is clear from the chat that Vinod Chauhan had good relations with Arvind Kejriwal.
In the charge sheet, ED has also mentioned the ‘Proceed of Crime’, in which it has been told that many screen shots of hawala note number have been recovered from the mobile of accused Vinod Chauhan, which was earlier recovered by the Income Tax Department. These screen shots show how Vinod Chauhan was transferring the proceeds of crime from Delhi to Goa through Hawala. This money was to be used by the Aam Aadmi Party in the Goa elections.
Chanpreet Singh present there was managing the money that reached Goa through hawala. ED also has evidence of the conversation that took place between Vinod Chauhan and Abhishek Boeing Pillai regarding the money sent to Goa through Hawala. ED has also recorded the statement of Ashok Kaushik, who delivered two separate bags full of notes to Vinod Chauhan on two different dates at the behest of Abhishek Boeing Pillai. ED says that this money trail directly proves how the money earned from crime, which was given as bribe from South Group, was used by Aam Aadmi Party in Goa elections.
ED has also recovered WhatsApp chat between Vinod Chauhan and Abhishek Boeing Pillai related to Hawala money transfer.
According to the ED revelations, Arvind Kejriwal had complete information about the proceeds of crime and was involved in it. This money was used in Goa elections, the entire responsibility of which lies with Arvind Kejriwal.
