PM Modi interacts with Paris Olympics Players, extends his well wishes.

New Delhi| Paris Olympics 2024 starts from July 26. This time the Indian team would seek its medal tally to double digits. Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed confidence that the Indian players participating in the Olympics will make the country proud and live up to the expectations of 140 crore people. A total of 120 players in participating in the event.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, after meeting the contingent of players participating in the Olympics, posted on ‘X’ that he interacted with the players going to Paris for the Olympics. He said, “I am confident that our players will give their best performance and make India proud. His life journey and success give hope to 140 crore Indians.”
The contingent of Indian players was also accompanied by Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, Minister of State for Sports Defense Khadse and Indian Olympic Association President PT Usha. Modi also held virtual talks with Neeraj Chopra, boxer Nikhat Zareen and two-time Olympic medalist badminton player PV Sindhu. India had won seven medals in the Tokyo Olympics, including Neeraj Chopra’s gold medal in javelin throw which is considered as India’s best performance in an Olympics.
