Ingredients for making spring rolls from wheat flour
Flour – 1 cup
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Water – as per requirement
For stuffing:
Grated carrots
Grated onion
Chopped green onion
Chopped capsicum
Chopped beans
Soy sauce
Red chili powder
Black pepper powder
For frying-oil
Method of making spring rolls from wheat flour
1. First of all, add flour, salt and oil in a big bowl and mix well.
2. Now add water little by little to it and knead a soft dough.
3. Then cover and leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.
4. Heat oil in a pan and add grated carrots, onion, green onion, capsicum and beans and fry.
5. When the vegetables are fried well, add soy sauce, red chilli powder and black pepper powder and mix.
6. Make small balls of kneaded dough. Roll each ball on a wheel and make thin roti.
7. Place the prepared stuffing on these rotis, fold the edges and make a roll.
7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the prepared spring roll in it until it turns golden.
8. Finally serve hot spring rolls with sauce.
