South India’s popular filter coffee has secured second place in this list. With its name included in the list, this filter coffee has hoisted its flag across the world. Unlike Latte and Cappucino, South Indian Filter Coffee is a regional drink, known for its strong taste and strong aroma. It is made using traditional metal filters, which give it a special and strong taste.

Method of making
1. To make it, first use a mixture of finely ground coffee beans and chikri.
2. Now place the coffee powder in the compartment above the traditional South Indian filter.
3. Then pour hot water over it and slowly let the coffee drip into the bottom box.
4. After this, mix hot milk and sugar as per taste in the filtered coffee.
5. Just tasty filter coffee is ready. Serve it in a stainless steel glass and dabra (a small bowl).
