Janata Adalat organized in LDA, 09 out of 36 cases resolved

Lucknow| Authority Day/Janata Adalat was organized in Lucknow Development Authority. During this period, a total of 36 applications related to name transfer, registry, free-hold and illegal construction etc. were received, out of which 09 cases were disposed of. At the same time, regarding the disposal of the remaining cases, Authority Secretary Vivek Srivastava set a time limit and directed the officers to take action.

Joint Secretary Somkamal Sitaram said that with the aim of solving the problems of the general public and allottees and executing their works at a rapid pace on top priority basis, “Authority Day/Janata Adalat“ was organized in the Parijat Auditorium of the Authority Bhawan. On this occasion, Secretary Vivek Srivastava appeared in the Janata Adalat and listened in detail to the problems of the common people.

Ram Vilas Srivastava, a resident of Old Haiderganj, who reached the Janata Adalat, lodged a complaint that the land of village Mauda of Sarojininagar tehsil, Gata No. 152, was being illegally constructed by builders Ashok Kumar, Shahbuddin, Jamal, Muiddin, Firoz Ahmed and others. Plating and row-house buildings are being constructed. On this, the Secretary instructed the officers of Enforcement Zone-3 to conduct site inspection within a week and take action as per rules and submit the report. At the same time, Ajay Singh, resident of Bhilawan, Alambagh, complained about an illegal construction taking place on Sujanpura Road in Omnagar, on which a report has been sought from the concerned authorities within three days.

Apart from this, Sona Kanojia, who lives in Viramkhand of Gomti Nagar, gave an application regarding the free-hold of plot number-2/71. On which the Secretary gave instructions to get the file examined and submit the report within five days. Apart from this, Mo0 Raees, resident of Banarasi Tola, Aliganj, submitted an application regarding registry of shelterless building No. 1/482 in Sector-J of Jankipuram Scheme. On which instructions were given to the concerned officers and employees to ensure action within a week. On this occasion, Officer on Special Duty Rajiv Kumar, Vandana Pandey, Devansh Trivedi and Ravi Nandan Singh and other officers and engineers were present.
