New Delhi| Even in the year 2025, India’s fiscal position will affect its credit capacity. Moody’s said this in one of its reports. However, Moody’s has expressed hope that the Indian economy may benefit from the tension in relations between America and China.

The global credit rating agency said in its report on the Asia Pacific region that domestic demand has been strengthened by modest improvements in global and regional financial conditions. Along with this, inflation is also showing softness. According to Moody’s, if the trade sanctions proposed by the US come into force, it will affect economic production in the entire region.
