FY25 Results: TCS net profit down 1.6 percent to Rs 12,224 crore in March quarter, results released

New Delhi| TCS’ net profit declined 1.6 per cent to Rs 12,224 crore in the March quarter. The company’s revenue increased by 5.2 percent to Rs 64,479 crore. The company has given this information in BSE filing.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has officially started the season by releasing its fourth quarter results. The company has reported its total revenue of Rs 64,479 crore in the fourth quarter. This amount is about 5.2 per cent higher than one year ago.

TCS reported its net profit rising 5.76 percent for the entire FY2025. The company’s net profit during this period stood at Rs 48,553 crore. The IT giant generated a turnover of Rs 2,55,324 crore in FY 2025 with a growth of 5.99 per cent. Company chief executive officer K. “We are pleased to surpass US$30 billion of annual revenue and achieve a strong order book for the second consecutive quarter”, Kritivasan said

He said TCS’s expertise in AI and digital innovation makes the company a must-have for customers even in this environment of macroeconomic uncertainty. “We are committed to staying close to our customers and making solutions available to them based on their core priorities”, he said TCS chief HR Milind Lakkar said the number of trainees in the company in FY2025 was 42,000 as planned. Meanwhile, the TCS board has also recommended a final dividend of Rs 30 on each share of the company worth Rs 1.
