Assembly by-election: BJP releases list of one candidate in Rajasthan and 7 in Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow| BJP has announced its candidates for the upcoming assembly by-elections in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The party has released the list of one candidate in Rajasthan and seven in Uttar Pradesh. Karilal Nanoma, the declared candidate for Rajasthan, will contest from eighty-four seats, while candidates have been fielded from various constituencies in Uttar Pradesh.

In Uttar Pradesh, tickets have been given to Ramveer Singh Thakur from Kundarki, Sanjeev Sharma from Ghaziabad, Surendra Diler from Khair (SC), Anujesh Yadav from Karhal, Deepak Patel from Phulpur, Dharamraj Nishad from Katehari and Suchismita Maurya from Manjhwa.

In both Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, voting will be held on 13 November while counting of votes will be done on 23 November.
