In this sequence, the Yogi government of the state has constructed a ‘Martyr Wall’ in Prayagraj to identify the anonymous martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country’s independence and to spread the story of their sacrifice among the people. It has been constructed by Prayagraj Smart City. After completion of construction, finishing work is now going on in it. It has been constructed at a cost of Rs 3.5 crore on Mahatma Gandhi Marg located at Civil Lines in the city. It is likely to be inaugurated before the Mahakumbh.

Kumbh city Prayagraj has made an important contribution in the freedom movement. Martyrdom signs of many immortal martyrs still exist in the city. Azad Park, the martyrdom site of immortal martyr Chandrashekhar Azad, and Malaka Jail, witness the sacrifice of Thakur Roshan Singh, are prominent among them. Apart from these immortal martyrs, there are many such unsung martyrs in the district, whose sacrifice the new generation is still not familiar with. Greenery and horticulture work has also been done around the wall. Signage has also been installed along the wall. It also has seating space, which is made of special floor stone.
