Lucknow| Yogi government, committed to making Uttar Pradesh an enterprise state, is taking comprehensive steps towards increasing the facilities of investors. In this sequence, Nivesh Mitra is becoming a big medium, while various industrial authorities of the state have also taken steps in this direction. Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA), Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), Naveen Okhla Industrial Development Authority (Noida) and Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority are prominent in this.

According to the vision of CM Yogi, work is being done on a plan to implement the Property Management Information System in the industrial authorities of the state and through it to take forward the process of phased communication with investors. In this direction, Noida will also expand access to various types of information including land banks by implementing the Property Management Information System (PMIS), developing and strengthening its framework and integrating it with the Nivesh Mitra portal functioning as a single window clearance system. Will be increased.

According to the action plan prepared as per the vision of CM Yogi, after the completion of the process, there will be direct monitoring of applications and operating activities for housing, residential, industrial, institutional, commercial and group housing schemes.

At the same time, the framework to track the issuance and monitoring of various documents including CIC, Building Map Approval, Extension Letter and Occupancy Certificate will also be prepared through the process. On one hand, along with being integrated with Nivesh Mitra, various information including land bank of Noida Authority will be accessible from Nivesh Mitra.

At the same time, with this, investors will be able to know every update about the updated status of projects in Noida Authority in a phased manner. Through PMIS, information about every approval and query of investors will be made available through SMS, e-mail and WhatsApp registered by them. This will not only be a step to promote transparency in the functioning, but it will also make the government functioning seem to communicate directly to the investors.

Under the process, a detailed account of about 96 thousand properties in Noida will be available on the web based application package being developed by Noida Authority. Web based modules will also be developed to ensure its maintenance. Along with this, application data processing (online, offline), registration and data processing of new property, compilation of allottee and property related details including allotment letter and updated status of issuance of various government forms in a time bound and phased manner, online payment. This will help in strengthening the processes like integration with bank gateways.

Work is being done on implementing the Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP) by UPSIDA. This will act as a detailed mechanism that will pave the way for enhancing the performance of UPSIDA’s officials, modification of online services and its integration with Nivesh Mitra. Along with this, it will also pave the way for Industrial Park Rating System (IPRS Ranking).

At the same time, the process of equipping the Nivesh Mitra portal with a Unified G2 B interface, micro service architecture, integration and efficient content management system for business users is also being completed.
