BJP will start active membership campaign from 16th October

Lucknow| Bharatiya Janata Party’s active membership campaign in Uttar Pradesh will start from 16 October which will continue till 31 October. In this regard, a state level workshop was organized through virtual medium on Thursday. In the workshop, the party’s National General Secretary and head of the National Active Membership Campaign, Dushyant Gautam, the party’s State President Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary and State General Secretary Organization Dharampal Singh discussed in detail and gave guidance regarding the upcoming action plan. State General Secretary Govind Narayan Shukla, Ram Pratap Singh, Anup Gupta and Amar Pal Maurya have been made members of the group of active membership campaign in the state.

Workshops will be organized at the district level from 11 to 15 October regarding the active membership campaign. Dushyant Gautam said that Uttar Pradesh is number one in the primary membership campaign being run by the party across the country. As per the plan of the party organization in the state, the workers worked tirelessly and participated in the membership campaign. Uttar Pradesh will not only fulfill its target but is also moving towards moving forward from it.

He said that the way party officials and workers played their role in the campaign for primary membership. Similarly, everyone will have to take active participation in the campaign for active membership. He informed that the campaign for active membership will start from 16 October and will continue till 31 October.

Party state president Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary said that during the active membership campaign, it should be our effort that people from every caste, class and region of the society become active members of the party, for this we will have to do the work of making more and more people party members by October 15 as planned by the party organization

Chaudhary said that like the campaign for primary membership, party workers should work as per the plan of the organization in the active membership campaign to make as many people as possible active members.

State General Secretary (Organization) of the party, Dharampal Singh, in the context of the active membership campaign, said that in the active membership campaign starting from October 16, only those primary members who have compulsorily made 50 primary members in their assembly or booth will be able to become active members only if their details are made available on the format prescribed by the party. Also a fee of Rs 100 has to be deposited through Namo app for active subscription.
