This flatted factory has a 32,000 square meter spread area and is based on Strategic Location. The area marked for the construction of the flatted factory is located on the Meerut-Haridwar Highway and its distance from the Delhi-Meerut Highway is only three kilometers, while its distance from the Ganga Expressway is 20 kilometers. With this, the sector will develop as an expanding hub of the jewelry industry. Where industrialists and common citizens from various areas of Haryana including Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida and Faridabad will be able to come here to purchase jewelry.
Under the project, the complex of the flatted factory will be equipped with modern trunk facilities and plug and play infrastructure. This complex will be built with ‘State of the Art Automation’, which will make it world class amenities. This will create endless opportunities for development and progress of Meerut and Vedvyas Puri. It will have the facility of lift system, intelligent security, lighting and parking system. There will also be common exhibition and conference venues in the ‘Flatted Factory Complex’. It will be tailored to modern standards of sustainability and will be equipped with a universal governance interface.
