1/2 cup sago
1/2 cup of samak rice
1 boiled potatoes
2 green peppers
1 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons yogurt
Rock salt as per taste
Water as per requirement
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tbsp coriander leaf
Ghee for cooking
Method of making
1. To make Falahari Dosa, first dry fry the sago in a pan for two minutes.
2. After this, fry the samak rice in the same pan for a minute.
3. Now let them cool and put them in the mixing bowl. Then add boiled potatoes, curd, rock salt and water, grind it finely and take it out in a bowl.
4. Now cover the prepared dosa batter and keep it for 10-20 minutes.
5. Then add cumin, black pepper powder, green chili, grated ginger and fresh green coriander and mix well.
6. After this, heat the dosa pan and apply ghee on it and grease it. Now add batter with the help of ladle to make dosa.
7. Cook it with ghee until it turns brown. Fold it and serve hot with chutney of your choice.
