Many leaders including Prime Minister Modi congratulated the air warriors on Air Force Day

New Delhi| 8 October is an important day in the history of the IAF. On this day in the year 1932, the Indian Air Force was established. On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Union Home Minister Amit Shah greeted the airmen.
Prime Minister Modi wrote on social media platform X, “Congratulations to our brave air warriors on Air Force Day. Our Air Force is appreciated for their courage and professionalism. Its role in defending our country is highly commendable. Apart from this, PM Modi worshiped Mother Katyayani on the sixth day of Navratri. He wrote on X, “Special greetings to Mother Katyayani on the Shashthi of Navratri! May the blessings of the Mother infuse strength, power and courage into the lives of all her devotees, this is the prayer.”
Union Home Minister Amit Shah wrote on X, “Heartiest greetings to the soldiers of the Indian Air Force on Indian Air Force Day”. The bravery of our air warriors has echoed in the sky, who have protected the sovereignty of our country every moment with their courage, patriotism and sacrifice. Salute to the heroes who made supreme sacrifice to protect the honor of the nation.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh wrote on X, “Congratulations to all the courageous air warriors and their families on Indian Air Force (IAF) Day. IAF is synonymous with courage, valor and professionalism. He has always protected our skies and is widely praised for his service in times of crisis. India is proud of its air warriors.”
